All the course materials, along with references used in or related to the Diploma in E.C.C.Ed. or any such course available on the EuroVarsity website, (hereinafter referred to as “course(s)”), are the property of EuroVarsity. These materials are for the sole use of users registered for the course, or others as approved by EuroVarsity (hereinafter referred to as “you”).
During the course you will not use any device, process or means to compromise or circumvent the security controls of EuroVarsity e-Learning system or otherwise gain unauthorized access to EuroVarsity’s e-Learning system information. You will not use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of EuroVarsity’s e-Learning system nor shall you attempt to interfere with the proper working of EuroVarsity’s e-Learning system.
You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on EuroVarsity infrastructure.
EuroVarsity Assessment System is designed to measure your understanding and application of the key concepts presented in the course ware. It will be made available to you at fixed intervals depending on the completion of the required units. You may not give or receive any assistance on these assessments.
You may not discuss the Assessment with any others, including, but not limited to peers and supervisors, whether or not in person. Distributing the assignment materials is strictly prohibited. You will attest that the assignment submitted by you, reflects your own work and that you have not shared, communicated, published or distributed in any manner any materials to any third parties. By agreeing to these terms and conditions upon course registration, you agree to have all submissions checked for plagiarism, improper collaboration, collusion and improper conduct at anytime, even after a grade or designation is issued and by whatever mechanism EuroVarsity deems appropriate.
Once downloaded, the assignment must be completed within the specified period of time. Assignments not submitted in the required template and or within the specified timeframe will not be accepted and a failing grade will be issued.
If the assignments are not up to the mark or if you are unable to achieve the qualifying grades in the final assessment, you will be granted one opportunity to resubmit the assignment or reappear in the final assessment. Please note that any further attempts would incur additional charges per EuroVarsity policies.
The duration of any course in EuroVarsity begins from the day of first access to the course (on the website). If you are unable to complete your course(s) within the specified time frame you may be granted a one-time extension after payment of additional fee.
You may withdraw from the course at any time. However, please note that no refund will be issued after registration to the EuroVarsity course
All successful students will be awarded a Diploma/Certificate of EuroVarsity if they meet all the mandatory requirements of the particular course.
The Diploma/Certificate will be awarded to the student only if he/she has acquired a pass grade in all the Final Assessments.
In case the student does not clear all the Final Assessments in the maximum time as mentioned in the course details, he/she will not be awarded any Diploma/Certificate.
In the event the student is not in a position to continue the course that he/she sought admission to, the student will not be awarded Diploma/Certificate.
We may collect the following categories of information for the purposes explained below
1. User website activity: This data is collected to improve the website browsing experience
2. Information related to Examinations Taken By Our Students. This data is used by EuroVarsity's academic team to track the performance of our successful students and also used by the marketing team to provide reputation data which is useful to future customers.
3. Phone No, Email and Postal Addresses. This data is only used for communication with the students and not shared with any other party.
